  Guadalupanas
   

  Mission Statement: 
  
  The Guadalupana Society was founded on Fecember 12, 1942 and orginized by Mexican-American Catholic woman. To provide leadership in social concerds. perform works of charity, and foster female decelopment and leadership in the Catholic Church. To promote the spiritual well-being og both men and woman of alll nationalities and cultures devoted to our Lady of Guadalupe. The society is dedicated to spreadinfg the love of our Lord Jesus Christ through his mother the Blessed Virgin of Guadalupe.
  
  Membership: 
  
  All female & male registered parishioners of St. Mary Catholic Church who are 16 years of age or older.
  
  Activities:
  
  * To help the Pastor in the parish activities.
  * Serve breakfast in our Parish once a month.
  *Assist with our annual Fall Festival
  * Pray the rosary every 1st Friday of the month.
  *Mass once a month and  with banner.
  *Every month the spiritual director of the society will distribute to member the monthy sheet with intentions entrusted to them.
  *Seek the unity of our community in the religious, spiritual, social, cultural, educational aspects.
  
  Declaracion de Objetivos:
  
  La Sociedad Guadalupana fue fundada el 12 de febrero de 1942 y organizada por una mujer católica mexicoamericana. Proporcionar liderazgo en temas sociales. realizar obras de caridad y fomentar el desarrollo femenino y el liderazgo en la Iglesia Católica. Promover el bienestar espiritual de hombres y mujeres de todas las nacionalidades y culturas devotos de Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe. La sociedad se dedica a difundir el amor de nuestro Señor Jesucristo a través de su madre, la Santísima Virgen de Guadalupe.
  
  Miembros:
  
  Todos los feligreses registrados de la Iglesia Católica de Santa María que tengan 16 años de edad o más.
  
  
  Actividades:
  
  * Ayudar al Párroco en las actividades parroquiales.
  * Servir el desayuno en nuestra parroquia una vez al mes.
  * Ayudar con nuestro Festival de Otoño anual
   * Rezar el rosario cada 1er viernes del mes.
  *Misa una vez al mes y con estandarte.
  *Cada mes el director espiritual de la sociedad distribuirá a los miembros la hoja mensual con las intenciones que se les encomienden.
  *Buscar la unidad de nuestra comunidad en los aspectos religiosos, espirituales, sociales, culturales, educativos.
